Nestled within the stunning Noosa Region, Sunshine Occupational Health emerged in 2017 with a mission to deliver effective occupational health and rehabilitation solutions. Our specialized expertise lies in assisting individuals overcoming various obstacles to workforce reintegration or retention, particularly focusing on mental health barriers, PTSD, and traumatic injuries.

Anna Holder-Greaves
Principal Rehabilitation Counsellor
Anna Holder-Greaves founded Sunshine Occupational Health in 2017 following more than 15 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Counsellor both in Australia and abroad. Her keen observation of a regional demand for best practice rehabilitation counselling prompted the establishment of Sunshine Occupational Health. Anna has developed a keen interest in the promotion of wellbeing in the workplace in order to prevent occupational illness.
Anna embarked on her career journey as a Rehabilitation Counsellor back in 2001, focusing on Vocational Rehabilitation and Organisational Health & Wellbeing sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the Queensland University of Technology and earned her Masters in Human Services with Honours, specialising in Rehabilitation Counselling from Griffith University. Complementing her academic achievements, Anna also holds a NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Health & Wellbeing. Currently pursuing her PhD at the University of the Sunshine Coast, she is deeply engaged in exploring the nexus between inclusive workplaces and employee wellbeing.
Since 2020, Anna has served as a Director of the Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australasia (RCAA), more recently transitioning to a Director role at the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) in 2023. With a wealth of experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant, Anna specialises in managing cases involving mental health barriers, acquired brain injury, comorbidity, and clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Anna finds joy in outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming, and harbours a profound passion for travel, having explored 50 different countries.
