Rehabilitation that gets people back to work
We provide case management, counselling and vocational services for people with physical injuries, mental health conditions, chronic illness and addiction. Our focus is a safe, sustainable return to suitable work.

We work closely with clients, insurers, employers and treating practitioners, building trusting relationships that help people overcome barriers to work and to life more broadly.

Who we work with
We accept referrals from workers' compensation insurers, income protection insurers, compulsory third party (CTP) insurers, lifetime care and support schemes, solicitors and private individuals.
We service the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Moreton Bay, Wide Bay and Fraser Coast, with telehealth available Australia-wide.

Assessment and Case Management

• Initial needs assessment: identifying barriers to recovery and work, with a clear rehabilitation plan.
• Case management: coordinated support for complex claims, including mental health barriers, PTSD, burnout and catastrophic injury.
• Adjustment to injury counselling: helping people manage the emotional and practical impact of injury or illness, and rebuild confidence.

Vocational Services

• Vocational assessment: identifying aptitudes, interests and suitable work options.
• Vocational counselling: support to work through psychosocial barriers and make career decisions.
• Transferable skills analysis: recognising skills from work, education, volunteering and life experience.
• Labour market research: making sure vocational goals are realistic in the local market.

• Job search coaching: practical strategies to find suitable work.
• Host and work placements: structured placements for hands-on experience.
• Resumes and cover letters: professional documents tailored to each role.
• Interview coaching: building confidence and preparation for interviews.
